Followers naturally come to those Pathfinders who show great Leadership. Some are squires, apprentices, and sidekicks who show nearly as much prowess as the Pathfinders themselves, while others are merely common soldiers, goons, or workers.

Special followers can be recruited from around Willowdale and in the unexplored reaches of the world.
